Overview:
The iPhone 14 is coming out this November, and we have had applications from customers who would like to borrow £1,200 from Lloyds Bank to purchase it. They all would like to borrow the money and pay it back in equal instalments over 1 year. Your task is to work out which people can afford this extra cost and who we can responsibly lend the money to.
First Step Challenge:
We have a list of customers, the money they have coming in each month and the money they have going out each month and their current balance.
Can you work out from the dataset who can afford to borrow £1,200 from the bank to buy the new iPhone 14?

They have approached you to help them review their customer base, and create some positive messaging to different customers based on their individual situation and goals.

Lloyds Banking Group is launching a new loans product and needs to determine which customers they should lend to or not. They have approached you to design this process. To ensure they are lending responsibly, it is important that the process is easy to understand and fair/treats customers fairly.
