Can you help Lloyds Bank decide who can borrow £1,200 to buy the new iPhone 14?

Overview:
The iPhone 14 is coming out this November, and we have had applications from customers who would like to borrow £1,200 from Lloyds Bank to purchase it. They all would like to borrow the money and pay it back in equal instalments over 1 year. Your task is to work out which people can afford this extra cost and who we can responsibly lend the money to.

We have a list of customers, the money they have coming in each month and the money they have going out each month and their current balance.
