We operate primarily from shared office environments and through remote working, and we also deliver training days at schools and colleges across the UK. While we may rely on host organisations’ health and safety arrangements, we recognise that the ultimate responsibility for the health and safety of our people rests with us.
We aim to:
- Prevent accidents and work-related ill health
- Provide clear information, instruction and guidance to our staff and volunteers
- Consult with our workers on matters affecting health and safety
- Ensure safe working arrangements when working remotely or at client sites
This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if there are significant changes in operations.

- Shared Office Environments
We operate from shared office facilities that have their own health and safety policies, risk assessments and emergency arrangements. We will comply with those arrangements and cooperate with the building management. - Remote Working / Homeworking
Employees working from home are responsible for ensuring that their workspace is safe and suitable. The company will provide basic guidance on setting up a safe home workstation (e.g. safe electrical use, ergonomic setup, avoiding slips and trips). Risk assessments may be conducted remotely (e.g. via self-assessment checklists). - Onsite Delivery at Schools and Colleges
- Cooperate with the host organisation’s health and safety procedures
- Ensure our staff and volunteers are briefed on site-specific risks (fire exits, first aid arrangements, safeguarding)
- Provide our volunteers with appropriate guidance before the event

The host organisation is responsible for the safety of their premises, their staff and students. Data Inspiration Group Limited remains responsible for the safety of its own employees and volunteers.
